Lisa Brown Bsc (Hons) MCSP MLACP
CEO

Lisa is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 24 years of experience. During her work as a case manager and expert witness, Lisa has gained experience in multiple complex injuries involving brain injury, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, clinical negligence, and working with clients under the Court of Protection.

As Director and Case Manager for CCM Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

When Lisa's free, she enjoys walks on the beach, spending time with her family and visiting her home in Spain.

Diane Glackin BA MA HCPC (SW)
Managing Director

With more than 26 years of experience working with children and adolescents with complex needs and a Masters in Therapeutic Child Care Diane is an experienced and trusted Therapist.

 

As a qualified social worker and CAT Practitioner, Diane is an invaluable member of the team. She has experience in managing and coordinating care plans within the residential setting for individuals that have complex injuries or challenging behaviours. 

In her spare time Diane enjoys spending quality time with her family and taking her grandchildren out on exciting day trips.

Andrea Fields 
Case Manager 

 Andrea is a Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) regulated by The National Institute of Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR ) and accredited to the International Disability Management Standards Council (IDMSC).   

Andrea is a highly skilled Vocational Case Manager with extensive experience supporting adults with complex needs, both physical and psychological, including brain injuries, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and multi trauma.

Her role as a Vocational Case Manager works alongside injury case management and on a standalone basis.

She has vast experience within the case management sector ,as well as within insurance, which enables her to effectively support her clients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Andrea also has a wealth of knowledge to support her clients with benefit reviews, applications, mandatory reconsiderations, and appeals.

Andrea is an avid sports fan and regularly attends Hampshire Cricket and Southampton FC matches, as well as boxing. She enjoys travelling and has combined sport and travel to watch the Ashes in Australia.

She has an eclectic taste in music and attends live gigs throughout the year.

Alarna Benson-Green
Case Management Assistant

Alarna joined CCM in 2017 and helps to support the Case Managers at client visits and in the office, as well as liaising between the client and involved parties. Her degree has given her a strong background in anatomy and osteology, and her past experience as a legal assistant has proved beneficial with case management, in particular how this relates to the medicolegal process.  

 

Alarna loves exercising and is an avid reader. She likes fundraising and last year took part in the 5k Pretty Muddy race as well as donating her hair to the Little Princess Trust.

Sue-Anne Zimmerman 
Case Manager

Sue-Anne is a Case Manager with seven years’ experience and nearly 20 years as a physiotherapist. She supports adults with complex needs, including cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, and complex orthopaedic conditions. She leads multidisciplinary teams, manages discharge planning, and delivers evidence-based care plans. Her background spans orthopaedics, disability, neurology, and stroke. She is trained in the Civil Procedure Rules and regularly updates her skills through conferences and courses.

Originally from Cape Town, Sue-Anne is passionate about the outdoors. Before starting a family, travelling was her favourite activity. She still enjoys board-riding sports such as wakeboarding and snowboarding, and she keeps fit at the gym. She enjoys entertaining friends at home and spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Rupert
Paw-perations Manager

 

Rupert is essential to the team in providing a paw-sitive work environment. We are fur-tunate to have Rupert as part of our admin team as he helps fetch reports and manage office mutt-erials.

With a background in barkenomics he is always available for a cuddle and is tail-ented at boosting staff morale and positive mental health. Rupert will always go the extra mile for our clients – and for treats.

As a 3 legged dog he has never let his being dif-fur-rent stop him unleashing his pet-ential, no matter how ruff the day.  He leads the team with love and licks.

Rose Rokhim 
Case Manager / Governance Assistant

Rose is a clinically trained senior Case Manager with experience as a support worker, clinical lead and assistant Case Manager. She manages interdisciplinary teams, blends evidence-based and person-centred practice, and maintains clear, consistent communication. Trauma-informed from her NHS art psychotherapy work, she supports clients with complex needs across personal care, specialist care and mental health. Her strengths include recruiting and leading care teams, onboarding providers and coordinating MDTs to deliver safe, independent and positive outcomes.

Outside work, Rose enjoys nature, the arts, cooking, yoga and searching for vintage finds, she also widely across Europe.

Kathryn Calver
Accounts Assistant

Kathryn is a dedicated and highly reliable member of the accounts team, responsible for managing and maintaining client fund accounts, monthly company invoicing and reconciliation on Xero with accuracy and care. With extensive experience in administrative roles, she brings a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail to everything she does.

She is responsible for all timesheets and company payroll and collaborates effectively with colleagues while also demonstrating the initiative and independence needed to see tasks through to completion.

Kathryn takes pride in being a trusted and consistent contributor to the team.
